Are the paid plans a one-time payment or a subscription?

The Signature (€99) and Premium (€129) plans are one-time payments, meaning you pay once and keep full access for the entire duration of your wedding project. There are no monthly charges, no hidden fees, and no renewal required. Your project and all uploaded data remain accessible after the wedding day so you can download guest lists, photos, and memories at any time. The Professional plan (€199/year) is the only recurring subscription and is designed specifically for professional wedding planners managing multiple couples and events simultaneously. All plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and priced in EUR.

Can I upgrade my plan after registering?

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard under the Billing section. The upgrade process is instant — once you complete payment, all new features are immediately available in your wedding project. You pay the full price of the plan you choose at checkout; there is no prorated difference from the Free plan. If you start with the Signature plan and later want features from the Premium plan (such as digital invitations or the live photo wall), you can upgrade to Premium by paying the difference. Do my guests need to create an account to RSVP or view the wedding site?

No. Guests access your wedding website, RSVP form, table finder, and photo gallery without creating any account or downloading any app. Everything works instantly in a mobile browser. Guests simply tap a shared link or scan a QR code with their phone's camera. The RSVP form lets them confirm attendance, choose meal preferences, and note dietary requirements in under a minute. What happens to my data after the wedding?

We do not automatically delete your data or impose a post-wedding time limit. You can download your complete guest list as an Excel file, export all gallery photos and videos, and revisit your wedding website at any time. If you decide you want to remove your data, you can delete your project from the dashboard or contact our support team.
