EverAfter is an all-in-one wedding planning platform designed for couples getting married in Cyprus and the wider Mediterranean region. From your first guest list to the final dance, EverAfter gives you every digital tool you need — without the chaos of juggling multiple apps and spreadsheets.

Our mission

Planning a wedding involves hundreds of moving parts: managing guest lists, sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, arranging seating, coordinating vendors, and capturing memories on the day itself. Most couples in Cyprus rely on a patchwork of tools — WhatsApp groups, Excel sheets, and expensive print invitations — that create more stress than they solve.

Our mission is to replace that fragmentation with a single, beautifully designed platform that couples can set up in minutes, share with their guests instantly, and use confidently on their wedding day. Every feature we build starts with a real problem we heard from real couples planning weddings on the island.

  • Custom Wedding Website: Every couple gets a personalised wedding website with a countdown timer, venue details, love story, schedule, and gallery — shareable via a single link.
  • Digital Invitation Cards: Choose from professionally designed invitation templates and share them digitally. Guests receive a beautiful card with a one-tap RSVP button.
  • Table Finder QR Code: Print a single QR code and place it at the venue entrance. Guests scan it and instantly see their table assignment — no printed lists, no queues.
  • Live Photo Wall & Guest Gallery: Guests upload photos from their phones in real time. The live photo wall displays their memories as they happen, creating a shared album that grows throughout the day.
  • Budget Management: Track spending across vendors and categories. Set budgets, log payments, and see analytics that help you avoid overspending.
  • SMS & Email Notifications: Send reminders, thank-you messages, and day-of updates directly to your guests via SMS or email — no third-party apps needed.

Built for Cyprus

Cyprus has a rich wedding culture, with celebrations that often bring together hundreds of guests, multiple-day events, and a mix of local and international family members. EverAfter is built with this scale and context in mind. The platform supports both English and Greek, works seamlessly on all devices, and is designed to handle the large guest lists that are common in Cypriot weddings.

We are based in Limassol, Cyprus, and our support team is available in both English and Greek. We understand the local wedding industry, the vendors, the venues, and the expectations — and we have built EverAfter to reflect that understanding.

Privacy and data security

We take data privacy seriously. EverAfter is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as it applies in Cyprus and the European Union. Guest data is stored securely, never sold to third parties, and accessible only to the couple who created the wedding project. Pricing

EverAfter offers a free plan with no credit card required. Paid plans start at a one-time payment of €99, with no recurring subscription for most couples. The Professional plan (€199/year) is designed for wedding planners who manage multiple weddings simultaneously.

The team

EverAfter was founded by Constantinos Papaevripides, a software engineer based in Limassol, Cyprus. Having attended many Cypriot weddings and witnessed first-hand the chaos of managing large guest lists with spreadsheets and group chats, Constantinos built EverAfter to bring the same quality of digital tooling to wedding planning that couples expect in every other part of their lives. The platform is built and maintained by a small team in Cyprus, with support available in English and Greek.
